As known as bun bo hue, was created from the middle part of Viet Nam, a very famous Vietnamese noodle soup. A scent of lemongrass, a little spicy, comes with beef slices, pork ham slices, pork blood cubes (optional). Also comes with a side of vegetables (basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, shredded cabbage, and lime). Sauce: sriracha, hoisin sauce.
